Lisa Dishman is a real estate agent with Piedmont Realty, joining the agency in 2023.    Lisa began her career as an investor, buying and selling homes as the sole proprietor, which she still does.  Her extensive credentials include becoming a Class A building contractor in 2004, licensed by the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulations, which licenses her to do commercial as well as residential building.  In 1999, Lisa completed a 2 year course at The Computer Learning Center in Computer Skills for Industry.  She is currently an associate broker at Piedmont Realty. 

Lisa believes in working with and for the community.  She attended Patrick Henry Community College, maintaining a 3.8 GPA.  She also has a passion for the homeless, both people and animals.  She serves on the Board of Directors for the Community Dream Center, which helps those in need with lodging, food, and clothing.  Lisa also spends time helping homeless animals find forever homes.  

Born in Martinsville, Lisa is a lifelong member of this community.  She is married to Mark Spencer, and she has 1 step child and 5 grandchildren, whom she adores.  She and Mark also have 4 dogs named Victor, Vinny, Daisy May, and Diva.
